Hi world! The year 2020 came with uncertainty, unexpected downtime and coronavirus quarantine. It is not easy to stay positive while you do not know how your life will change, how the world will change.
But when you are stressed, your immune system‘s ability to fight off antigens is reduced and we are more susceptible to infections.
It is crucial to stay positive and productive. Create a schedule, make goals, and continue to invest in yourself, your family, your education, these are things that will ALWAYS provide a return on your time and energy.
Even if your wedding has to be postponed, or honeymoon canceled, you should keep dreaming about favorite places you’ve visited, or about future adventures.
