Butter week in Greece- Shrovetide.

This week is the week when people eat milk products and fish before big Easter Lent. So tomorrow for breakfast we will have pancakes :) This was the last chance to eat rich foods before Lent, and an opportunity to use up all of the luxury foods (such as fat, butter and eggs) which might go off during Lent.

On 3 March is quiet Monday, in which people are flying kites, but the Christian people are talking less, eating less and communicate less.
